First of all thank you Hannah I truly enjoy your postings and feel I identify with many of the ways you think.
I am curious about adding some size and definition in the breast area…are the creams, pills and/or pumps of any reliable use? If so, which is the better way to go? I don’t want to spend money to no avail.

I have zero experience and no interest in different pharmaceuticals that claim to encourage breast tissue enhancement. The only advice I have is to never, ever, EVER take anything that has not been prescribed to you by a doctor.

As Hannah eluded, unless you are under a physician/pa/np’s observation for prescribed HRT; the best breast enhancements are removable forms. I’ve never attempted “vacation breasts” at a plastic surgery center; and again under medical supervision (and never DIY), you could inquiry about saline infusion from one the fine members of the surgical community. If you are far along in ft presentation, implants under pre and post surgical care can be an option as well.

I have tried it all. Nothing worked except for HRT. It worked nicely for breast development. Breast development was one of many things that changed for me. But there are side effects you also need to be prepared for.
