Putting the T in T-Rex

This past Saturday was the monthly MN T-Girls event!

And it was really bizarre, lol.

We met up at Lush, a queer restaurant/nightclub in Minneapolis for girl talk and food, but the main reason for going there was to see Triassic Parq.

Lush has a small event/theatre space that they use for, well, events, such as drag shows and plays.

What the heck is Triassic Parq, you may ask?

According to the press release, the show is about Religion, identity, sex… and raptors! Sponsored by LUSH Lounge & Theater, TRIASSIC PARQ is a retelling of that famous dinosaur-themed film, this time seen from the dino’s point of view. Chaos is unleashed on their not-so-prehistoric world when one dinosaur in a clan of females spontaneously turns male! Featuring a rollicking score, TRIASSIC PARQ is a side-splitting, rollicking and ADULTS-ONLY ride filled with dinosaurs, goats and definitely NOT any precocious kids!

And it’s as strange as you can imagine. The cast is charming and talented, the music is fun, and the entire show is just as weird as it sounds.

You can get your tickets here.

Love, Hannah
