I like to plan, I like predictability. Not necessarily routine (although I do like that), but I like to know what I will be doing later in the day or in a week. I will often think about what I will be doing at the same time tomorrow.
It gives me something to look forward to, I suppose. Like, if I am very tired or having a challenging day, I will tell myself that “at this time tomorrow I’ll be wearing a cute dress” or “at this time tomorrow I will be sleeping” or something.
I think this helps me get through a bad day. Sometimes it’s hard to imagine how we will survive a stressful moment or situation, so breaking down the next few days into smaller, realistic goals can make things feel manageable. Like, you may not know how or if you will survive/get through the next week, but you can absolutely make it to tomorrow, especially when you can visualize and anticipate what you will be doing 24 hours from now.
As I write this, I am wearing a salmon colored nightgown and sitting on my couch. It’s a little after 6am on Wednesday, August 13th. My coffee cup is empty and through the open window I can hear a train and birds.
This time tomorrow (which is yesterday by the time this post goes live) I will be 800 miles away and wearing boy clothes as I will be traveling for work. Work trips can be kind of unpredictable as I really never know what the day will bring. My habit of thinking what I will be doing in 5 hours or whatever usually results in a lot of potential answers annnnd I don’t always like that, lol.
This will be a longer trip than usual, and I am already looking forward to coming home.
I’ll review comments when I get back and regular posting will resume on August 20th.
All this text is boring. Here’s a picture.

Hope you have a fabulous weekend!
Love, Hannah
Best wishes on your business trip. The attached picture of you in that long gown with the leg split is remarkable as you wear it. Perhaps a side venture enfemme during your business trip would be a discovery in a new territory.
