Time has a way of making the things we used to believe as ridiculous.
We used to think the world was flat and the Earth was the center of the universe. These days we look back and realize how wrong we were.
It took a long time until most people believed Nicolaus Copernicus and that the sun was indeed the center of the universe but over time humans was realized he was right.
When I remember this, it gives me a little hope that eventually we look back on gender norms, such as what someone is allowed to wear based on their genitalia, and view this thinking as antiquated.

This day and time, men really do need a “pocketbook “ for their many essentials. Having a tote solves that problem or a cross body bag does the same. Thanks for the comment.

Well… technically Copernicus was wrong. The Sun is not the center of the universe, merely the center of our Solar system. But he was *more* right than everyone else, so we’ll let him have it.

Invest in a backpack because they hold more stuff. Never cared for the shoulder strap except when traveling. Had difficulty accepting a suitcase on wheels because only female flight attendants seemed to use them. For those presenting enfemme the need for a clutch bag seems ok. Large purses are a hinderance to everyone around them.
