Okay, I am traveling off and on for work over the next three weeks so posts will be, well, let’s just say they won’t be the crème de la crème of blog posts. We’ll kick off this filler material with a stupid, small thing that blossomed into a stupid, bigger thing.
I suppose this could fall under my favorite phrase of Aggressively Pointless.
We did not have a computer growing up, so visiting a friend and playing point-and-click adventure games on their PC was a new thing for me. Although I don’t care for horror movies,the scary games were the most fun for me. Exploring a haunted house or a castle had a spooky charm that I really loved.
The other day I randomly saw a screenshot from one of these games (I am pretty sure it was a game called Uninvited) and I thought it would be fun to modify them a bit. I added my picture and tweaked the text a little but for the most part, the text is exactly as seen in these games.
I did one, and I sent it to my friend Sophie. She sent it back after using some filter that made the image look a little more computery. I made some more, Sophie did her magic, and even created one of her own.
Anyway, now you have to see them as well. Hope you like them.
