Glitter and Gold

So, I NEEDED a dress.

Well, no, I did NOT need a dress, but I needed a dress.

I’m sure you can relate.

I was invited to a production of a play about a dress (among other things) a few months ago and if that’s not a reason to buy a new dress I am not sure what is.

Of course, it HAD to be sparkly and I KNEW I would be overdressed and on the evening of the play I WAS overdressed AND I didn’t care.

When the dress arrived from Amazon, I was pretty… meh about it. The dress looked way cuter on the model.

I mean, doesn’t it always?

I considered returning it but, well, I didn’t.

I ended up wearing for the the annual photo shoot for the MN T-Girls before the evening of the play just to see if I liked it. A dress can look pretty discouraging worn in male mode but I hoped it had potential.

Annnnd it did! A dress looks so much better with a smooth, hairless body, and curves.

We took some photos in the studio and then since it was a beautiful day we stepped outside where I strutted around the block as Shannonlee let interesting backgrounds catch her eye.

Love this dress. So glad I was lazy and didn’t return it, lol.

Love, Hannah

  2. Your smile is so attractive. The facial close-up photo is so enduring as dark eyes and dark hair work so well for you. The dress fits you so well and your curves are so well defined. The color of the dress and the flowing hemline made for a great pictorial.

  3. A fully sequined dress is an essential in any feminine wardrobe. Yours is super elegant and extremely flattering on you. I bought myself a sequined party dress in periwinkle blue just yesterday along with a pair of dangly faux diamond clip on earrings at a consignment shop. I tried to engage the salesclerk in a conversation about the dress, mentioning that I had a black sequined crop jacket that would go well with it as well as metallic strappy heels but I must have made her uncomfortable. Too bad. I love talking about the art of coordinating and accessorizing feminine clothes.
