underDARE Photoshoot!

This past Saturday I was part of a photo shoot for underDARE. underDARE is a physical shop in south Minneapolis that sells gender affirming undergarments, from binders to gaffs to tucking leggings.

It was a little different than most of the other shoots I’ve done as the pictures we took will be used for marketing on underDARE’s website and socials. So, unlike other shoots it wasn’t completely about vanity lol, but with the intention of promoting the important work that underDARE does.

I worked with a super fun model named Ave who did a fantastic job modeling the masc clothing while I did my best with the femme items. Shannonlee, as always, did a fantastic job bringing out our inner supermodel while she took our photos.

Like a lot of things with moving parts and trying to coordinate people and studios and time and money, the potential for SOMETHING to go wrong is always there (and something MAJOR did go wrong, lol), but when you work with professionals like Shannonlee and Ave, somehow everything works out.

It was a fun day and Ave was super fun to work with. I felt honored to be a part of it.
