ENBY is another word for ‘non-binary’. There are many ways we can identify (if we choose to identify as anything at all), and I feel that ‘bi-gender’ is the most appropriate for me. Two genders identities? Pretty straightforward.
But not really? One of my genders is femme. This is Hannah’s world. When I present as Hannah, I identify as a transgirl. When Hannah isn’t around, you’d think I’d identify as masc but I don’t. I feel that non-binary is the best word that fits me.
I am kinda sorta learning how to navigate the ENBY side of me. It’s been a little more frustrating than I thought I’d be, but it doesn’t really stress me out. This post chats about that.
