This article was inspired by a quick stop at a coffee shop. I think I was there for less than ten minutes but a tiny interaction with a barista had a significant impact on me.
It goes to show that you never know how the small interactions you have will resonate with someone else.

There’s another similar saying “I’m not a gold coin” means that you accept that you cannot please, or be liked by everyone, prioritizing your authenticity over social approval. What a simple but lovely and meaningful action by the barista, so much so that it inspired a great article. Now, I assume she got an extra nice tip?
