Are there any makeover services in Minnesota, preferably in the Duluth area or Eau Claire, WI?
Ulta has stores all across the United States, including one in Duluth, Different locations offer different services and as of this writing, they do offer makeup services. There is also a location in Eau Claire which also offers makeup services.
It wouldn’t surprise me at all if there were local and independent salons in the areas you are looking in that also offer makeup services that are friendly to our community, but I am afraid I don’t know of any from personal experience. I can recommend Ulta based on my own experiences. I’ve been a customer there for over ten years and I have always had wonderful customer service and amazing makeovers with them.

Yes the Duluth Ulta does makeovers. It is in the Miller Hill Mall. I have been to this Ulta to purchase makeup but never had any services there. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
If you want to add on to the experience, there is a nail salon in strip mall next door called QNails. I had my nails done there about a year ago. It was by far the best nail experience that I have ever had. Friendly and did my nails perfectly.
